Welcome to Transfers Paraguay. By booking or using our private transfer services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. General Information

Transfers Paraguay provides private transportation services from Asunción to various destinations in Paraguay, Argentina, and Brazil.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or official communication channels.
  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, Wise, or other approved methods.
  • Prices are shown in USD or local currency and include transportation, fuel, and driver service unless otherwise stated.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a digital confirmation with travel details.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service are non-refundable.
  • In case of no-shows or failure to meet at the agreed point, the payment will not be refunded.
  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road closures, mechanical issues), we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.

4. Service Conditions

  • Luggage must be properly identified and limited according to the vehicle capacity.
  • All passengers must comply with local traffic and border regulations.
  • Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information.

5. Travel Time and Delays

Travel times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, weather, and border conditions.
Transfers Paraguay is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Cross-Border Transfers

For transfers between Paraguay, Argentina, or Brazil, passengers must carry the required documentation (passport, ID, visa if applicable).
Transfers Paraguay is not responsible for delays or denials at border control.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, missed flights, or events beyond our control.

8. Privacy Policy

All personal information provided during booking is protected and used only for operational and communication purposes.
We do not share or sell client data to third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

Transfers Paraguay reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The updated version will always be available on our website.
